FISCHER MESSTECHNIK

Data centers are being built all over the world. AI applications require high computing power.

Currently, about 6000 data centers are in operation, globally. Approximately 2,200 additional data centers are expected to be built worldwide by 2030.

These data centers connect over 100,000 servers, each containing multiple processors that consume a lot of energy and generate a lot of heat.

A data center is also a thermal power plant. This requires a complex cooling system consisting of air-cooled and liquid-cooled components. The heat generated can be used to heat up buildings, greenhouses or industrial processes.

FISCHER SENSORS

Numerous sensors are needed to efficiently control the cooling air, the coolant, and the waste heat. These sensors are mostly integrated into Modbus systems.
