Single pass industrial inkjet technology is here! The Hymmen Jupiter line provides single pass digital printing on a variety of board materials. Our focus is on just in time with this fast, brilliant and lean technology offering small batch flexibility up to mass production. The principle behind the Jupiter series is on-demand production while maintaining minimized waste and shorter lead times.

Hymmen-Saturn Digital Printing

Decor paper is printed with a variety of designs to resemble wood, stone, metal or just about any material or design imaginable. When applied to wood and other materials, the end product is used for furniture, countertops, cabinets, flooring and more.

Hymmen Digital Lacquer Embossing (DLE)

Hymmen is at the forefront of digital lacquering embossing technology for the flooring and furniture industries. This DLEplus technology offers deeper embossing with sharper edges creating a “better than nature” finish for a high production manufacturing environment. This is literally the best wood ever printed! Using the technology developed for the Hymmen JUPITER Digital Printing Lines, the patented technology creates adeeper embossed structure. This is a surface texture never achieved in a mass production environment.

This technology offers all production benefits of digital single pass printing, like flexibility, small changeover times and customization. With a width from 70mm up to 2,100mm and only one inkjet print bar, the DLE technology can be integrated into existing process sequences easily. By using a small amount of the structuring medium, all features like hardness, bonding, resistance and chemical reliability of the core lacquer remain. It is possible to create structures that are embossed in register (EIR) to the decor of the surface regardless of digital or analog print.
