Anthon Pressure Beam Saws
Optimum cut quality and accuracy are the result from the combination of a robust and rigid fixed position of the workpiece and a play-free tool pass. The workpiece is held from above by Anthon’s extreme duty pressure beam. The repeatability of this cut quality is further enhanced by the under-table saw design and a low maintenance rack and pinion drive system. The saw unit guarantees a clean cut and different book heights thanks to an infinitely variable lifting system.
Customizable Pressure Beam Saws
There are further modifications available to increase performance and efficiency. For example, a rotary table enables an optimal utilization of the material by head cuts or alternating cuts, i.e. longitudinal-head-longitudinal cut, taking into account the cutting time. Furthermore, the double-saw unit enables the panel material to be cut to size and off-cuts to be chipped in a single operation. A fully integrated suction system ensures that the chips are quickly evacuated.
