Compact Angular Panel Saws
The optimum cut quality and accuracy, of the Anthon beam saws, are the result from the combination of a robust and rigid fixed position of the workpiece and a play-free tool pass. The workpiece is held from above by Anthon’s extreme duty pressure beam. The repeatability of this cut quality is further enhanced by the under-table saw design and a low maintenance rack and pinion drive system. The saw unit guarantees a clean cut and different book heights thanks to an infinitely variable lifting system.
Customizable Compact Angular panel saws
There are further modifications available to Anthon beam saws that further increase performance and efficiency. For example, a rotary table enables an optimal utilization of the material by head cuts or alternating cuts, i.e. longitudinal-head-longitudinal cut, taking into account the cutting time. Furthermore, the double-saw unit enables the panel material to be cut to size and off-cuts to be chipped in a single operation. A fully integrated suction system ensures that the chips are quickly evacuated.
